- TikTok: Video views, likes, comments, shares, follower counts, and engagement rates
- Instagram: Post engagement, story views, follower demographics, and reach metrics
- Twitch: Stream analytics, viewer counts, chat data, and subscription information
- Other Platforms: Similar publicly available analytics data from connected platforms
Important: RetentionRail operates as a real-time analytics dashboard. We DO NOT permanently store your social media content, videos, or raw platform data. We only cache aggregated metrics and analytics temporarily to display your dashboard and generate insights.
